A Family Affair

Café Clément is a small family business with a passion for serving good coffee and food. Luisana was born in the Dominican Republic and came to America when she was only 5 years old. Coming from a Hispanic family, food was always the center of everything. Her mother influenced her love for food greatly and from a young age she knew cooking was a passion. Arthur’s parents moved to the United States from France and started their own bakery shortly after he was born. The bakery is where Arthur fell in love with making espresso and seeing guests enjoy an intentionally crafted beverage. Ever since then he has been obsessed with all things coffee. His love and passion for making coffee that people enjoy is what inspired him to start Café Clément.
